The history of Les Schwab Tire Centers started in January 1952, when Les Schwab bought a little reasonable Rubber Welders tire store in Prineville, Oregon. Today, the company is one of the foremost independent tire dealers in the United States with more than 7,000 employees & 400 store locations throughout the Western United States.
The base of the corporate operations of the company is still at Central Oregon, where one of the largest tires retreading plants in the country functions, and owns an allocation center in Prineville which is more than 2,000,000 square feet.
The success of the company is possible due to the wonderful customers, and by measuring the unique shares and hard work of the employees.
