This is the wheel Vienna Rossetti by SSR. A nice 5 split spoked wheel that made in three pieces.
Available in two sizes, the 19 inch and 20 inch, but in a lot of offsets, so this wheel has a big range if fitments.

The price of this wheel starts around $760.00 for the 19 inch range and starts for the 20 inch range at $910.00.
A lot of money for a set of wheels, but then you really have some beauties on your ride!
